SOME ADDITIONAL NOTES: In the video, Doug points out the box cover photo shows Pete Rose batting in a Reds uniform, but logos are not shown. With its pinstripes, the larger photo indicates Rose is sporting a Phillies uniform. The board game came out right around the time Rose left Cincinnati and signed a then unheard of $3.4 million four-year contract with Philadelphia. With no logos, it’s understandable he could be pictured with both teams — especially since both uniforms were red. … By the way, the catcher on the box is the Braves’ Joe Nolan.
