In 1968, the Minnesota Twins Public Address Announcer made an urgent appeal to fans during a Twins-Angels game at Metropolitan Stadium:
“If anyone has found a black comb, about five inches long,
please return it to the Twins’ clubhouse – it belongs to Bob Miller …”
“DARN … I was going to borrow Bob Miller’s comb.”
